ZOOMLION 1010400046 FLJ-69 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Unit For ZOOMLION Crane

●ZOOMLION 1010400046 Oil Cooler Technical Support

●The 1010400046 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Unit (FLJ-69 / Radiator device / Dispositivo de radiador / Масляный радиатор гидравлический / Enfriador de aceite hidráulico enfriado por aire) is a heavy-duty electric air-cooled heat exchanger assembly engineered for ZOOMLION truck cranes, all-terrain cranes, and crawler cranes.

●Material number 1010400046 is installed on the uppercarriage hydraulic platform adjacent to the hydraulic fluid reservoir. Featuring a high-thermal-conductivity aluminum plate-fin cooling matrix coupled with a 24V DC high-output axial cooling fan and vibration-isolated mounting frame, it continuously extracts and dissipates excessive heat from the crane main hydraulic circuit return lines. By maintaining hydraulic oil temperature within the optimal operating range (45°C to 65°C), it preserves hydraulic fluid viscosity, prevents thermal degradation of synthetic seals, eliminates hydraulic valve spools sticking, and prevents high-temperature cavitation in main hydraulic pumps and winch motors during prolonged heavy-duty hoisting, boom telescoping, and continuous slewing operations in severe ambient conditions.

●Verify oil port thread size, operating voltage, maximum working pressure, cooling capacity (kW), and mounting bracket dimensions prior to order confirmation.
