The air dryer is installed between the air compressor and the main storage tank, serving to filter and dry compressed air.

Air dryer has the following advantages:

1.It provides dry compressed air, thoroughly removing moisture and oil contamination from the brake system air;

2.It replaces antifreeze valves, oil-water separators, high-pressure controllers, wet storage tanks, and automatic drain valves;

3.It improves system reliability and extends system lifespan.

If the dryer on the vehicle does not work properly, the following conditions will occur:

1, water in the pipeline, resulting in pipe rust;
2. Impurities appear at the valve port of other air valve products;
3, the premature failure of the air guide valve will affect the service life of other valve products.

Note: The most likely cause of the failure of the air dryer is the oil leaking out of the air compressor. Before replacing the new air dryer, be sure to check whether the air compressor leaks oil and string oil.Regularly check whether there is water in the air reservoir to determine whether the dryer is working normally.To ensure the normal operation of the air dryer, the drying cylinder should be replaced regularly. The service life of the cylinder: three months a change (related to the working environment)
